I've been taking my 4Runner here for inspections since 2020. 4 months ago I took my Lexus GX and he failed it saying there was a bunch of suspension issues. He was sure to let me know that he could perform the work and I could get it done right there. I immediately took it to Lexus and they inspected it and indicated there was absolutely nothing wrong and I passed my inspection. Fast forward to today, he fails my 4Runner, says I need a bunch of suspension repairs, I had just gotten major suspension work done on the 4Runner a year ago, so I took it over to the dealership, they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and passed the inspection with flying colors (their words, not mine). I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but it seems to me that he's resorted to scamming people. Do not recommend.

I unfortunately broke down on I-85 and opted to be towed to Hi Tech Auto Repair because they were open on a major holiday. It was a very happy accident. The team at Hi Tech were professional, fair, and very accommodating and I was back on the road within a few short hours after my arrival. Despite the trevails of being stranded on the interstate, the experience was quite pleasant. Highly recommend.

I have four vehicles. Last year I got all of them inspected here. This year I was told that one vehicle is too low to be inspected and the other had foggy headlights that would fail inspection. In regard to the foggy headlights, I was told that I should visit another provider, my vehicle might pass inspection elsewhere. I would have preferred to be told to restore and seal the headlights and return. Isn't the inspection about safety? I think at this point, I'm inclined to believe they don't want my business.

I have given this place several tries. A year ago, they misdiagnosed a problem on my car and added unnecessary repairs (which was verified by another car mechanic later). This year, they failed my inspection on account of my rear brake pads and offered a $250 replacement. When I took the car to another garage to replace the brake pads, they told me the pads were completely fine and did not need replacing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I particularly appreciated not having to wait two weeks for an appointment, as is often the case with the dealership. It was also a great convenience to have next day appointment and same day service, especially since there isn't an Audi dealer in Durham, being able to drop off my vehicle and walk home, then pick it up in evening, was incredibly helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner, and price was excellent, especially when compared to the estimate I received from the Audi dealership, complete satisfaction with the recent service I received. Thank you for impressive and efferent Service.
